Problem


Your hypothetical client is a local clinic that focuses on women's health, childbirth, and pediatric care. They found that a lot of their patients, mostly first time moms, are obviously nervous about the entire process and are highly reliant on their care providers at the clinic, even for simple questions.

Before i did the design. i wanted to understand more about the user needs and pain points, and since there’s no existing research documentation i had to do the initial research.

Objectives

  1. To know their concerns and confusions during their pregnancy and their behavior on getting the answer or solution that they need
  2. To uncover their pain points and needs when finding professional help during their pregnancy
  3. To understand their behavior when they want to discuss and share anything about their pregnancy journey
